Rules & Regulations
Safety Equipment & Conduct Rules
1. All players MUST wear approved paintball goggles and face masks AT ALL TIMES while in playing areas, the target range, the chronograph area, or any area designated as "goggles on." Goggles and face masks must NOT be removed under any circumstances until the player has exited to a designated safe zone.
2. All players MUST place barrel sleeves on their markers BEFORE entering and when exiting playing areas or the target range. Barrel sleeves MUST remain in place at all times when in staging, safe, or viewing areas to prevent accidental discharges.
3. Never fire or dry-fire your marker in staging, safe, or spectator areas. Test-firing is only permitted in designated chronograph or target range areas under staff supervision.
4. All players must complete a mandatory safety orientation prior to participating in any game. By participating, players confirm they understand and agree to follow all safety rules and field guidelines. Players failing to comply may be removed from the field at the discretion of the referees.
Marker Safety & Handling
1. Players must use only markers and paintballs provided or approved by EPIC PAINTBALL
ARENA.
2. No personal markers or equipment may be used unless authorized by Arena staff.
3. Tampering with or adjusting the marker velocity without staff approval is strictly prohibited.
4. Markers must not exceed the field velocity limit as determined by staff (typically 280 fps).
5. No blind firing is permitted at any time.
6. No shooting at individuals who are not wearing approved protective equipment.
Player Conduct
1. No physical contact, fighting, or aggressive behavior is permitted at any time.
2. Verbal abuse, foul language, or unsportsmanlike conduct toward other players, referees, or staff will not be tolerated.
3. Cheating or deliberately violating the rules will result in immediate removal from the field.
4. The use of alcohol, drugs, or being under their influence is strictly prohibited on Arena property.
5. No drinks or food are allowed in the playing areas.
Gameplay Rules
1. No discharging paintball markers outside designated shooting areas.
2. No moving or altering field obstacles, bunkers, or equipment unless instructed by staff.
3. No climbing on bunkers, netting, or Arena structures.
4. Players may not carry or move field bunkers or parts during gameplay.
5. If within 20 feet of an opponent (outdoors), players must offer the opponent the opportunity to surrender instead of shooting at close range.
6. Overshooting (firing excessively after an opponent is eliminated) is prohibited.
7. Players must not wipe off paint hits while still on the field.
8. Once eliminated, players must raise their marker and one arm overhead and exit the field promptly and quietly.
9. Eliminated players may not coach, shout instructions, or interfere with ongoing gameplay. Not talking while exiting the field (no advising teammates, no taunting, etc.).
10."Dead Man's Walk" (pretending to be eliminated) is not allowed.
11. Players must attend the pre-game briefing and follow the instructions for each specific game mode.
Arena Property & Equipment
1. Players are responsible for the rental equipment issued to them. Damage caused by negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.
2. Any tampering with field equipment, netting, structures, or Arena property is prohibited.
3. Players must respect the Arena's facilities and property at all times.
Referee & Staff Authority
1. Referees' decisions are final and must be respected at all times.
2. Players must immediately comply with any instructions or warnings issued by referees or staff.
3. Players refusing to follow safety rules or referee instructions may be removed from the field or banned from future play.
4. EPIC PAINTBALL ARENA staff reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to comply with the Rules & Regulations or who exhibits unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Weather Policy
1. Games may be paused or canceled in case of severe weather or unsafe field conditions.
2. The Arena staff will determine when play can safely resume.
3. Refunds or rescheduling due to weather-related cancellations will be at the sole discretion of the Arena management.
Children & Minors
1. Players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the Indemnity &Consent Form prior to participation.
2. Players under 12 may not participate unless in specially approved sessions authorized by the Arena.
3. Parents or guardians of minors must remain on-site during play unless prior arrangements have been made with the Arena staff.
Photography & Media
1. By participating in activities at EPIC PAINTBALL ARENA, players consent to being photographed or filmed during gameplay.
2. EPIC PAINTBALL ARENA reserves the right to use such images for marketing and promotional purposes.
3. Personal photography and filming are permitted only in safe zones and with staff approval. No filming or photography is allowed during gameplay without prior consent.
Acknowledgment
By participating in paintball activities at EPIC PAINTBALL ARENA, players agree to comply with all of the above Rules & Regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal from the field and/or forfeiture of participation without refund.
